Brethren:
July is upon us and it is time to take a break from some of our activities and enjoy the best month of summer. Our building, however, does not get to take a vacation. It still needs to be cleaned, maintained, repaired and so on. Your hall association will continue to take care of our beautiful building as we do all year.
The city has contracted to install a new, larger, water main on Petaluma Boulevard. Once finished next spring the clock starts for us to install sprinklers in our building over a maximum period of 12 years. This will be a very large capital project and expenditure. Your hall association has been following this very closely and we are in the initial planning stages for this required work. More info as it becomes available.
Our next work party is Saturday, July 23rd at 9am, with breakfast at 8am at a local coffee shop. If you can make it please let one of the association directors know. Thank you.
