Brethren:
At our May meeting your hall association selected a carpet contractor to replace the carpeting on the stairs, landings, 3rd floor “fan†room/lobby and the family room. The plan is to replace the carpeting in July when traffic in the building is at a minimum.
The association also purchased a beautiful solid cheery wood vanity for the second floor ladies room at a very reasonable price. (Ladies: Next time you are at the lodge please take a look and tell us what you think). Our retail tenants are doing well and we hope they continue to do so and remain in our building for the foreseeable future.
Our next work party is Saturday, July 23rd at 9am, with breakfast at 8am at a local coffee shop. If you can make it please let one of the association directors know.
